SANT laboratory and production calenders maintain close tolerance during their operation due to superior design incorporating latest technical advancement and highest quality manufacturing techniques. These are best suited to handle rubber and thermoplastic materials for sheeting, gauging, coating frictioning of fabric etc.

SANT calenders are available with two to five rolls in configuration as shown here. Custom built laboratory and production calenders with roll face widths ranging from 8 inches through 120 inches occupy minimum space to provide quite and energy efficient operation.

Crucial motorised or manual roll nip adjustment, antifriction bushings/bearings, fail safe system for emergency stop of machines are some of the important features of our machines. Special accessories such as, strip cutting knife, roll temperature control system, hinged or motorised side shields can be added at extra cost.
